Frances Badger
Born in 1904, Badger was a longtime resident of Chicago, She exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago (AIC) periodically from 1927 to 1943. She apparently was in Charleston circa 1934 because that year she exhibited a watercolor at the AIC titled In South Carolina. She worked for the F.A.P. in Illinois and did a series of murals. She died in 1997.
